We review height, roof permission, reachable connections and building restrictions. Roof work is accepted only when access and job conditions fit our capability. Inaccessible work or specialist access is identified before approval.
03 · Separate cleaning from repair
The written proposal distinguishes lint removal, inactive nest debris, connector or termination replacement and any duct repair. Active wildlife, protected nests, electrical or gas work and appliance defects require the appropriate qualified provider.
04 · Check and record the outcome
