Requests and scheduling

Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, price, arrival time, employment, or contractor engagement. Blue Steel LLC confirms scope, access, availability, pricing, and applicable terms separately.

90-day workmanship promise

For completed cleaning services, contact Blue Steel LLC within 90 calendar days of the service date if you believe an accessible area included in the written, paid scope was not completed as described. We will review the service record and concern and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable inspection or correction of that covered workmanship at no additional labor charge. This promise does not cover new dust, lint, debris, odors, moisture, contamination, nests, blockages, damage, or conditions arising after service; inaccessible or excluded areas; appliance, HVAC, electrical, structural, code, design, or repair issues; work altered by others; or results that were not promised in writing. Access must be safe and reasonably available. The original written proposal and invoice control the covered scope.

Starting prices and discounts

A “from” price applies only to the service conditions stated with that offer. Additional systems, long or shared routes, roof or difficult access, nests, repairs, special equipment, managed-building requirements, and other conditions may change the price, but no additional work is performed without approval. Seasonal senior, active-duty military, and veteran discounts are subject to current availability, eligibility, and the written proposal and may not be combined unless stated.

Emergency requests

An emergency request does not guarantee immediate dispatch. Call emergency services when there is an immediate danger involving fire, gas, electricity, contaminated water, structural instability, or personal safety.

Customer content

You may submit only content and photos you have the right to share. Blue Steel LLC may moderate, reject, remove, crop, resize, or decline to publish customer-submitted content for privacy, relevance, authenticity, safety, or quality reasons.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with service availability.

Service limitations

Actual recommendations depend on inspection findings, access, system design, property condition, applicable requirements, and the approved scope of work.
